Jenn Rivas-Sandoval, founder and lead accountant, brings a wealth of experience and education to the table. She holds a BBA and MAcc and is a CPA candidate, with years of hands-on accounting expertise across multiple industries. Jenn leads every client engagement with precision and a deep understanding of the financial challenges small business owners face.

Eli Rivas-Sandoval is the organizational heart of Magnolia Ledger & Co. He oversees client-facing coordination and transaction organization, ensuring every detail is ready for accountant review. As a bilingual communicator (English & Spanish), Eli bridges the gap for Spanish-speaking clients and creates a smooth, approachable experience for everyone. After years of dabbling in accounting and being mentored in best practices, Eli has developed a sharp eye for detail and a client-first style that keeps everything running smoothly. He also enjoys giving back and volunteers in the community whenever he can.

Outside of work, we’re proud parents to two amazing daughters and two dogs — a lovable Mastiff and a spirited Maltese/Jack Russell mix. We love traveling, staying active through CrossFit, spending time together as a family, and finding ways to help others both personally and professionally.
